Orchard Drive receives Considerate Constructor Scheme ‘Excellent’ rating

We are delighted to announce that our first development at Haddenham has been assessed by the Considerate Constructors Scheme and received an incredible score of 42/45, giving an overall performance level of ‘Excellent’.

The inspector wrote in the report that: ‘It was a pleasure to visit this project and meet the site team. This is an excellent project which is presenting a positive image of the industry.’
‘The appearance of the site and the setup is to a very high standard and gives a good first impression.’
‘The positive attitude of the site team and the engagement and assistance given towards the neighbours is commendable as can be seen from the letters of thanks received for the help provided to local residents.’

Congratulations to the whole team for this achievement, especially HSQE Advisor Sarah Turnbull and Construction Manager Gary Bareham whose excellent work was highlighted in the report.
